Orange juice, tasty stuff. Nutritious and delicious, and unlike a fragile kitten, needs to be shaken up a fair bit if you've left it sitting around for too long. With that bizarre and seemingly unrelated analogy behind us, I'd like to apply a dash of the same logic to your creative purge.....perjury.....purgatory??
I sold all my stuff. A few months of dicking around with scrapy jobs that yielded neither creative joy, or a satisfying payroll to tab my drinking habits, it's the shakeup I needed to get more from something that's given me an awful lot of anxiety lately. So I traded out yesterday. I'll still have my street camera and hope to get more travel photography done before christmas swings around. I'll also be shooting film from my main body for now so a whole new avenue of learning and being broke is on the horizon. But for the first time in recent memory I'm really excited about photography again, the process of taking, developing and printing. For love not money.
Some shot on an iPhone 4s and some on an x100s.
Here's a few from yesterday before the beers took hold!
